These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the membership and participation of individuals and entities in the Strategy Club (“Club,” “We,” or “Us”). By applying for membership, making payment, or continuing to participate in any Club activities, You (“Member,” “Participant,” or “Applicant”) agree to abide by and be bound by these T&C, published on thestrategy.club.
Section 1: Membership Eligibility and Acceptance
1.1 Eligibility Criteria
Membership in the Strategy Club is exclusively reserved for business owners, founders, and designated functional heads actively involved in running a business enterprise (Start-up, MSME, or Enterprise).1
- Proof of Business: Applicants must provide valid business ownership proof, such as an incorporation certificate, GST number, MSME registration, trade license, or other equivalent documents.1
- Exclusions: Membership is not open to salaried employees (unless designated functional heads by the owner), students, or individuals without an active business.1
1.2 Application and Acceptance
The Club reserves the unconditional right to verify all submitted documents, interview applicants, and decline any application that does not meet the eligibility standards or align with the Club’s community values, without providing a reason.1
Section 2: Membership Tiers, Fees, and Payment
2.1 Membership Types
The Club offers structured membership tiers, each defining specific access levels to coaching, events, and resources 1:
- Get-In Membership: Entry-level, focused on foundational content and daily structure (e.g., 7 am Masterclasses).
- Break-through Membership: Intermediate level, providing extended strategy sessions and quarterly 1:1 coaching.
- All-In Membership: Premium level, including comprehensive access, retreats, and deeper expert sessions.
- Elite Member: Exclusive Mastermind tier for HNI businesses, focused on governance and senior-level 1:1 coaching.
2.2 Payment Terms & Program Access
- Advance Payment: All membership fees must be paid in advance and are non-transferable.1 Invoices and receipts will be issued for every successful transaction.1
- Program Specificity (Inclusions): No separate fees will be charged for events, workshops, or programs explicitly listed as an included benefit of the specific membership tier (Get-In, Break-through, All-In, or Elite) for the duration paid. Access to core programs (e.g., Weekly Business Round Table, Weekend Leadership Programs, Retreats) is strictly defined by the membership tier selected.
- Exclusions (Key Offerings): Intensive, niche programs (such as the 7 Day WAR Room, AOP Facilitation, or Strategy & Leadership Alignment) are premium, specialized consulting services intended for businesses with ₹5 Cr+ annual revenue and are subject to separate fees and contractual agreements. Membership does not include the cost of these Key Offerings.
Section 3: Intellectual Property (IP) and Content License
3.1 Ownership of Content
All content, programs, frameworks, methodologies, names (e.g., 7 am Masterclass, WAR Room), trademarks, logos, video recordings, audio files (e.g., podcasts), digital assets, templates, and documentation provided by the Strategy Club (or its Facilitators) are the exclusive intellectual property of the Strategy Club (the Parent Company). This includes all content accessed via the Mobile App.1
3.2 Limited Use License
Upon successful payment of membership fees, the Member is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the subscribed content solely for the Member’s personal, non-commercial, and internal business educational purposes.
- Content Is Licensed, Not Sold: This content is licensed, and not sold, to You.
- Prohibited Use: Members are expressly prohibited from reproducing, redistributing, transmitting, selling, sublicensing, or otherwise transferring or using any Club content for external commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing access credentials or downloading and redistributing materials. Any unauthorized external use constitutes a violation of these T&C and may result in immediate termination of membership and legal action.
Section 4: Code of Conduct, Confidentiality, and Non-Solicitation
4.1 Member Obligations and Conduct
Members agree to uphold the values of collaboration, integrity, and mutual growth, and shall maintain professional behavior at all times during all Club interactions and events.1
4.2 Confidentiality
- Information Shared: All business-related information, financial data, strategic discussions, intellectual property, and personal insights shared by fellow members or Facilitators within the Club (especially during Round Tables, Retreats, or Mastermind sessions) are strictly confidential.
- Non-Disclosure: Members undertake to respect and preserve this confidentiality, and must not disclose, communicate, or otherwise make available confidential information to any third party, or use any such information to compete with or otherwise discourage any client, customer, or supplier of the disclosing party from continuing to do business with them. This obligation survives the termination of membership.
4.3 Non-Solicitation
Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in direct solicitation, aggressive sales tactics, spamming, or promoting external products/services to other members within the Club platform or network without the explicit, written consent of the Strategy Club management.1
Section 5: Nature of Service, Liability, and Disclaimer
5.1 Disclaimer on Strategic Advice
The services provided by the Strategy Club (including coaching, strategic advice, and information shared in masterclasses, round tables, and 1:1 sessions) are for educational and business development purposes only.
- No Professional Substitute: The Club’s services do not constitute professional legal, financial, accounting, investment, or medical advice. Members are encouraged to seek qualified, licensed professionals for matters that require specialized expertise.
- No Guarantee: The Club makes no guarantee or promise regarding the accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of the provided information, or the results or financial outcomes that the Member may achieve through participation or the use of any advice or services offered.
5.2 Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability
- Assumption of Risk: The Member voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any decisions, investments, and actions arising from the coaching process or information obtained from the Club, and acknowledges that such decisions and actions are entirely their own.
- Limitation of Liability: The Club and its organizers (Pilot, Co-Pilot, Captains, and Facilitators) are not responsible for any business losses, disputes, financial losses, or adverse outcomes resulting from information shared, advice taken, or collaborations undertaken within the Club.
Section 6: Refund and Termination Policy
6.1 Refund Policy
Membership fees are strictly non-refundable once paid, except in the specific case where the initial application is rejected by the Club.1
6.2 Voluntary Cancellation
A Member may voluntarily cancel or suspend their membership at any time, but they will not be entitled to a refund of fees already paid for the current subscription period (Quarterly or Annual).1
6.3 Termination by Club
The Club reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend a membership for any violation of these T&C, including breaches of the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality, or Non-Solicitation clauses, without providing any refund.1
6.4 Inactivity Clause
If a Member remains completely inactive for one month (i.e., does not attend any scheduled sessions or engage in any platform activities) and, even after follow-up attempts by the Club, expresses no interest in re-engagement, their membership may be cancelled. In this specific scenario, a pro-rata refund may be initiated at the sole discretion of the Club management.1
Section 7: Strategy Club Partner (Franchise) Compliance
7.1 Governing Agreement
This section applies specifically to individuals and entities (State Directors and City Directors) who have entered into a franchise relationship with the Strategy Club Parent Company. The terms of this website T&C are secondary to the primary Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Agreement and the specific Franchise Agreement which exclusively govern the investment, operations, revenue sharing, legal control, and territorial rights.
7.2 Adherence to Operational Standards
All State Directors and City Directors must, as a strict condition of their partnership, adhere strictly to the Strategy Club’s proprietary Operations Manual and all quality control standards mandated by the Parent Company. Failure to comply with the operational and brand standards may result in penalties, audits, or termination as detailed in the governing Franchise Agreement.
Section 8: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.1 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these T&C shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.1
